• Include child sexual abuse material.
• Promote violence.
• Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
• Infringe any copyright, database right or trademark of any other person.
• Breach any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
• Promote any illegal content or activity.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.
• Give the impression that the User Contribution emanates from The JJ Club Group Ltd if this is not the case.
• Contain a statement which you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds for believing, that members of the public to whom the statement is, or is to be, published are likely to understand as a direct or indirect encouragement or other inducement to the commission, preparation, or instigation of acts of terrorism.
• Contain any advertising or promote any services or web links to other sites.
For the avoidance of doubt, for any User Contribution in the form of video content:
• You must not upload a video containing harmful material.
• Any advertising included in a video you upload must not:
prejudice respect for human dignity;
• include or promote discrimination based on sex, racial or ethnic origin, nationality, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation;
encourage behaviour prejudicial to health or safety; or
• directly exhort such persons to purchase or rent goods or services in a manner which exploits their inexperience or credulity.
6. VIRTUAL CLUB ETIQUETTE & GUIDELINES
Personal Membership:
Your membership card is as personal as your signature. It’s non-transferable and should be enjoyed solely by you. Please look after it.

We value kindness above all. When attending our events, we ask that our members embody the sophistication that defines our community, alongside two of our core values Kindness & Playfulness. This is a space for responsible adults who appreciate good company and great times. We expect kids to have fun, make a mess & loads of noise (obviously) – as well as be kind to others.
Guest and Family Etiquette:
You’re responsible for the conduct of your guests and children. Ensure they enjoy themselves while respecting other members and our partners/hosts.
Stay In the Moment:
Please avoid using mobile phones during our events unless necessary. Let's savour each experience to the fullest.
7. BREACH OF THIS POLICY
When We consider that a breach of this Policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.
Failure to comply with this Policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Use [insert as link to Terms of Use] upon which you are permitted to use Our Site, and may result in Our taking all or any of the following actions:
• suspend, whether temporarily or permanently, your Account and/or your right to access Our Site
• remove any User Contributions submitted by you that violates this Policy
• issue you with a written warning

If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Nothing in the paragraph above takes away or reduces your rights as a consumer to rely on those provisions. If you are a consumer, any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between you and Us relating to this acceptable use policy, or the relationship between you and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by your residency.
If you are a business, any disputes concerning these Terms of Use, the relationship between you and Us, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
